AAML makes $5,000 grant to Bellingham NGO

In December of 2016 the AAML National Foundation presented a $5,000 grant check to Michael Heatherly, the Executive Director of Law Advocates, a Bellingham non-profit which focuses on providing legal services to low-income families, including the victims of domestic violence. Law Advocates works closely with the Volunteer Lawyer Program of Island County.
